Meet Your MasterClass Instructors:
Natalie Cascella is the CEO and founder of Nuworld Botanicals Inc. Natalie sees a unique opportunity to draw from her own history of building a successful natural skincare company to helping other entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their own natural skincare brand. Natalie has successfully grown her brand selling through major national retail stores including Whole Foods Market, Chapters Indigo, Well.ca and home shopping network TSC. Nuworld Botanicals also makes private label aromatherapy products for large companies in the health, wellness and lifestyle space. Natalie has a business degree in Marketing, twenty years corporate marketing experience at Fortune 500 companies and 10 years natural skincare making experience including working with retail buyers. She has a retail store (Nuworld Botanicals Aromatherapy & Raw Skincare Bar) located in Downtown Oakville.
Lana Marconi, Ph.D., Th.D., R.Ac., is the wellness expert for Nuworld Botanicals. She has Doctorate Degrees in Energy Medicine and Psychology and she is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist. She is also an entrepreneur, an International Multi-Award Winning Documentary Filmmaker with her own worldwide TV & Film Subscription Video on Demand Network. A former TV Host & Producer at Rogers TV in addition to also having Bell Media Accreditation to cover TIFF (Toronto Film Festival), Lana is able to successfully leverage the power of communication, partnership, and media to produce tangible results. She helps entrepreneurs to sharpen their image and get their message out by showing them how to develop their public speaking skills and create high quality video productions for their brand.
