DIY Masterclass 02: Launch Your Natural Skincare Line

Your friends, family, customers love your natural skincare products– that’s great and something worth celebrating in and of itself. Now you want to launch a retail-ready product and expand to retail which is a great next step—but not always a clear one, as you’re finding out.

So how can you get there?

Our “Masterclass 02” is a professional-level business class on launching a retail-ready natural skincare product. We’re offering up our own personal experiences, strategies and tips on how we got national retailer buyers to stock and carry Nuworld Botanicals skincare products, how we grew our retail presence and how you can do the same. We’ll address the issue of packaging and labeling, insurance, retail margins, how to craft a successful sales pitch, working with buyers as well as the importance of a product’s Suggested Retail Price (SRP). You will also mix and master raw ingredients to create two signature products of your own. Our Masterclass is part teaching, part DIY lab. A Certificate of Completion is available for Nuworld Botanicals Masterclass 02.

Meet Your MasterClass Instructors:

Natalie Cascella is the founder and creator of Nuworld Botanicals Inc. Natalie sees a unique opportunity to draw from her own history of building a successful natural skincare company to helping other entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their own natural skincare brand. Nuworld Botanicals is an all-natural, organic skincare line that’s sold in national retailers like Whole Foods, Chapters Indigo, TSC (The Shopping Channel) and Well.ca. Natalie and her sister Lana have appeared on TSC. The company also makes private label aromatherapy products for large corporations in the health and wellness space. Natalie has a business degree in marketing and 20 years corporate marketing experience working with Fortune 500 companies.

Lana Marconi, Ph.D., is Natalie’s sister, business partner, health professional and an International Multi-Award Winning Documentary Filmmaker with her own worldwide TV & Film Subscription Video on Demand Network. A former TV Host & Producer at RogersTV in addition to also having Bell Media Accreditation to cover TIFF (Toronto Film Festival), Lana is able to successfully leverage the power of communication, partnership, and media to produce tangible results. She helps entrepreneurs to sharpen their image and get their message out by showing them how to develop their public speaking skills and create high quality video productions for their brand.
