How do Aromatherapy Personals roll-ons work? Aromatherapy Personals work two ways: through inhalation and absorption through the skin into the bloodstream. Researchers have discovered that scents can influence your mood in powerful ways. Inhalation works directly on the brains emotional centre and when applied topically, the essential oil molecules easily pass through the dermas of the skin to the lymph and capillary system.

How do I use the rollerball ?  The roller-ball acts as an acupressure ball by applying pressure to specific acupressure points to improve the body’s response to conditions and emotions.   The pressure points are pressed or massaged (in small circular movements) for 5-10 seconds, while breathing in slowly.  Repeat for up to 2- 5 minutes.  The entire process for each pressure point is repeated ideally for at least five times per day.

Jet Lag Relief:   A very common anti-nausea pressure point is the webbing between your thumb and your index finger.  

Mental Clarity: Massage the Mental Clarity rollerball using light pressure, on your temples. This will increase the oxygen to your brain and help you think clearer.

Stress Relief: One set of pressure points you should use with the Stress Relief blend are called the k-27s. These are located under the corner of each collarbone. They work to reduce stress by improving the energy flow of your mind and body.
