Charm Care  

Gold plating is sensitive to moisture and water.  Thus, keep your charm jewelry dry and away from the elements—salt, water, sweat, and high humidity.  This will help extend the lifespan of your jewelry.

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming and exercising.
• Always remove gold plated jewelry when applying perfume and lotions (Allow body oils and lotions to dry before wearing).
• Keep stored in a dry place (try not to store it in humid places, like the bathroom)
• Using a microfiber cloth to wipe the piece down after use (included with your purchase)
• If gold plated jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm soapy water
• Keep stored in its original pouch and out of direct sunlight (pouch included).

No refunds or exchanges on custom jewelry pieces. No replacements for misuse, tarnishing or lost charms.  Kindly follow our Charm Care guidelines to extend the lifespan of your charm piece.
