Join us as we learn and practice Zen Meditation with Dr. Arnaud Painvin, MD, Zen Master. Arnaud teaches simple, down to earth modern Zen Meditation adapted to our Western civilization, with an emphasis on ‘mindfulness meditation’. Zen meditation has been used for more than 25 years as an effective therapy for stress-related conditions. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced meditator, reducing stress is a very good reason to make meditation part of your daily life and self-care rituals. This 1-hour meditation session is $25 per person. Guests will also receive a free Aromatherapy Personals organic roll-on of their choice to enhance their meditation practice. We hope you can join us.
