Gloss + Glow Makeup Package

$80 per person (Cosmetic Bag included)

With this package, guests will craft skin-loving cosmetics designed to nourish, treat, and enhance the skin with a natural, dewy finish. The session includes guided ingredient education—explaining what each ingredient does for your skin—along with expert application tips.

Guests will make and take home the following four products:

  • Lip Gloss or Lip Oil (choice of one; please select in advance)

  • 2-in-1 Liquid Eyeshadow-Blush

  • Coconut Powder Bronzer-Blush or Fairy Dust Powder Highlighter (please select one in advance)

  • 2-in-1 Nail Polish (vegan, 10-Free, Non-Toxic)

  • Each guest also receives a Limited Edition Coquette Bow Clear Cosmetic Bag, complete with one patch or bag charm. Guests may also select from other medium-sized bags including our Cotton Coquette collection.

Product Upgrades are available as outlined below and require a minimum purchase of six.

DIY Party Favours are available, starting at $20 per person, as detailed below, and require a minimum purchase of six. Please let your Skincare Chef know if you’d like to add these options to your party menu.

Ingredients and packaging are highly customizable, making this package suitable for ages 7–16 years. 

Party Overview

  • Party participants must be ages 7 and up
  • Minimum guests: 6 (Tuesday–Saturday) and 10 on Sundays, including the birthday child
  • Maximum guests crafting: 14, including the birthday child
  • Parties are 2 hours at our Oakville retail studio
  • This is a drop-off party; a maximum of 2 adults may remain in-store during product making (first 1.5 hours). All guests are welcome back for cake during the final 30 minutes
  • A snack table is provided. You’re welcome to bring light snacks, drinks, cake, balloons, and all supplies (paper plates, cutlery, napkins, etc.), as these are not supplied
  • No hot food permitted. As an aromatherapy and sensory experience space, only light snacks such as cold sandwiches, sushi, cheese boards, or candy boards are allowed
  • Guests make and take home their handcrafted products (paper bags or boxes provided as needed)
  • Upgrades are available at special savings
  • Our DIY Party Favours—including the Charm Bar experience and Personalized Bags—are also available at special savings
  • To visit our store and view our party packages and retail space in-person, please make a reservation. We do not accept walk-ins.

Our Party Favour DIY Experience offers a variety of creative options for your guests, outlined below:

Party Favour Package A – $20 per person. Guests may choose one of the following options:

  1. Personalized Small Makeup Bag – assorted styles, customized with one patch or one bag charm
  2. Charm Bar Experience – create a 2-charm necklace or a 4-charm bracelet
  3. Labubu Furry Keychain Wallet – personalized with one patch
  4. Keychains and Bag Charms:
    1. Labubu Keychain -with 2 Charms
    2.  Portable Paper Hand Soap – with a bag charm

Party Favour Package B – $25 per person. Guests may choose one of the following options:

1. Custom Cute Cap at our Patch Bar (includes 2 patches).

2. Guests may choose from our wide selection of medium-sized cosmetic bags and customize it with two patches. or one patch plus a bag charm.

Payment Policy
Party bookings are first come, first served. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your date and time; we are unable to hold party slots without a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your party, with the deposit applied to your final invoice. Gratuity is not included.

Party Time Slots

  • 11 am to 1 pm
  • 2 pm to 4 pm
  • 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (varies; pending availability)

Guest Minimums

  • Tuesday–Saturday: Minimum of 6 guests (charged accordingly)
  • Sunday: Minimum of 10 guests (no exceptions; charged accordingly)

One invoice will be issued for the entire party group.

Late Arrivals: Parties begin promptly, so please arrive on time. Product making starts first; late-arriving guests will simply join the group where they are. A $50 late fee will apply to party groups arriving 30 minutes past their scheduled start time. Please be respectful of your party time so all groups can enjoy their full experience.
Party hosts may arrive 10 minutes early to set up their table—our Skincare Chefs are happy to assist.

Date Changes: Party date changes are subject to a $20 administrative fee. Changes made within 48 hours of the party date will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Age Restrictions: All packages list age requirements. Adults participating in a child’s party will incur a $10 add-on fee per adult. Separate adult party packages are also available.

Package Selection: Your party package and product selections are required at least one week prior to your party. The party host selects the products for the group; all guests will create the same products, personalized through ingredients and packaging choices.

Drop-Off Party Policy: This is a drop-off party. Due to limited space, a maximum of two adults may remain in-store during crafting time. Our chefs and guests require full access to the worktables. Parents are welcome to enjoy Downtown Oakville’s cafés, shops, and restaurants during the party. All guests are invited back for cake cutting during the final 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

Sunday 10-Guest Minimum: Sundays are reserved for parties of 10 guests or more, with no exceptions. The 10-guest minimum applies even if some guests are absent. If a guest cannot attend, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Our Skincare Chef will create the product for the absent guest at no additional charge
  2. An adult may craft the product instead ($10 adult crafting fee)
  3. Receive a credit valid for 30 days, usable toward retail products or an A La Carte session

Cake Table & Setup Time: You are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up. Please do not arrive earlier, as we may have other party guests departing and need time to clean and prepare the space for your event. Our team will be happy to assist you with setup, and a small table will be provided. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake, candles, balloons, light snacks, and drinks (juice boxes or water). These items may be enjoyed during the final 30 minutes of the party, following the DIY session.

No Hot Food Policy: As an aromatherapy and sensory-focused space, no hot or warm food is permitted. This includes pizza, fast food, or heated items. Approved snack ideas include fruit or veggie trays, cheese and crackers, cold sandwiches, sushi, cold pasta salads, dessert boards, or candy boards. Please submit your snack list for approval.

Please remember to bring:

  • Candles (no fountain candles)
  • Cake knife
  • Paper plates, napkins, cups
  • Plastic cutlery
  • Juice boxes or water

We do not supply these items. After your party, we encourage you to explore Downtown Oakville’s fantastic restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops—Piano Piano is right next door!

Social Media Policy: We love sharing DIY creations on our social media through reels and stories. Party hosts are responsible for notifying parents and informing us before the party if any guest prefers not to be featured. Most content focuses on “hands creating.” Due to the volume of parties, we’re unable to feature every group, but we do our best to share select creations on our stories—and we’re happy to repost or share those with you.
