Our Preppy & Patched Party Package is a fully guided, hands-on experience where guests create custom fashion pieces and beauty products in a stylish boutique setting. Think varsity vibes, trendy accessories, soft glam details, and wearable creations they’ll actually want to show off. Suitable for ages 7-12.
Each guest creates:

Party Overview
Party Overview
- Age Requirement:Party participants must be 7 years and older.
- Guest Minimum:
- Tuesday–Saturday:Minimum of 6 guests
- Sundays:Minimum of 10 guests
(Guest count includes the birthday child.)
- Guest Maximum:Up to 14 guests crafting at one time, including the birthday child.
- Duration & Location:Parties are 2 hours long and hosted at our Oakville retail studio.
- Drop-Off Policy:This is a drop-off party. A maximum of two adults may remain in-store during the product-making portion (first 5 hours). All guests are welcome to return for cake and celebrations during the final 30 minutes.
- Food & Refreshments:
- A snack tableis provided.
- You are welcome to bring light snacks, drinks, cake, balloons, and all serving supplies (paper plates, cutlery, napkins, etc.), as these are not provided.
- No hot food permitted.As an aromatherapy and sensory experience space, we allow light snacks only, such as cold sandwiches, sushi, cheese boards, or candy boards.
- Take-Home Creations:Guests will make and take home their handcrafted products. Paper bags or boxes are provided as needed.
- Upgrades & Add-Ons:
- Party upgradesare available at special savings.
- Our DIY Party Favours, including the Charm Bar experienceand Personalized Bags, are also available at discounted rates.
- Studio Visits:To tour our retail space and review party packages in person, advance reservations are required. We do not accept walk-ins.

Party Favours
The Perfect Party Favours
Send guests home with a custom creation they’ll love. Choose from trendy options like custom trucker hats and cotton twill caps with vintage patches, charm bar jewelry, and personalized bags.
Party favours range from $20–$25 per guest. Simply let your Skincare Chef know which favour you’d like to include for your group.

Party Policies

Payment Policy
Party bookings are first come, first served. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your date and time; we are unable to hold party slots without a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your party, with the deposit applied to your final invoice. Gratuity is not included.
Party Time Slots
- 11 am to 1 pm
- 2 pm to 4 pm
- 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (varies; pending availability)
Guest Minimums
- Tuesday–Saturday: Minimum of 6 guests (charged accordingly)
- Sunday: Minimum of 10 guests (no exceptions; charged accordingly)
One invoice will be issued for the entire party group.
Late Arrivals: Parties begin promptly, so please arrive on time. Product making starts first; late-arriving guests will simply join the group where they are. A $50 late fee will apply to party groups arriving 30 minutes past their scheduled start time. Please be respectful of your party time so all groups can enjoy their full experience.
Party hosts may arrive 10 minutes early to set up their table—our Skincare Chefs are happy to assist.
Date Changes: Party date changes are subject to a $20 administrative fee. Changes made within 48 hours of the party date will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Age Restrictions: All packages list age requirements. Adults participating in a child’s party will incur a $10 add-on fee per adult. Separate adult party packages are also available.
Package Selection: Your party package and product selections are required at least one week prior to your party. The party host selects the products for the group; all guests will create the same products, personalized through ingredients and packaging choices.
Drop-Off Party Policy: This is a drop-off party. Due to limited space, a maximum of two adults may remain in-store during crafting time. Our chefs and guests require full access to the worktables. Parents are welcome to enjoy Downtown Oakville’s cafés, shops, and restaurants during the party. All guests are invited back for cake cutting during the final 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.
Sunday 10-Guest Minimum: Sundays are reserved for parties of 10 guests or more, with no exceptions. The 10-guest minimum applies even if some guests are absent. If a guest cannot attend, you may choose one of the following options:
- Our Skincare Chef will create the product for the absent guest at no additional charge
- An adult may craft the product instead ($10 adult crafting fee)
- Receive a credit valid for 30 days, usable toward retail products or an A La Carte session
Cake Table & Setup Time: You are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up. Please do not arrive earlier, as we may have other party guests departing and need time to clean and prepare the space for your event. Our team will be happy to assist you with setup, and a small table will be provided. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake, candles, balloons, light snacks, and drinks (juice boxes or water). These items may be enjoyed during the final 30 minutes of the party, following the DIY session.
No Hot Food Policy: As an aromatherapy and sensory-focused creative space, no hot or warm food is permitted. This includes pizza, fast food, or heated items. Approved snack ideas include fruit or veggie trays, cheese and crackers, cold sandwiches, sushi, cold pasta salads, dessert boards, or candy boards. Please submit your snack list for approval.
Please remember to bring:
- Candles (no fountain candles)
- Cake knife
- Paper plates, napkins, cups
- Plastic cutlery
- Juice boxes or water
We do not supply these items. After your party, we encourage you to explore Downtown Oakville’s fantastic restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops—Piano Piano is right next door!
Social Media Policy: We love sharing DIY creations on our social media through reels and stories. Party hosts are responsible for notifying parents and informing us before the party if any guest prefers not to be featured. Most content focuses on “hands creating.” Due to the volume of parties, we’re unable to feature every group, but we do our best to share select creations on our stories—and we’re happy to repost or share those with you.
