How do I know my order was received?
When we receive your order, you’ll see an Order Confirmation email followed. We’ll also follow-up with an Order Confirmation Tracking Number email message shortly. The Order Confirmation email includes a summary of your entire order, the shipping method, and shipping address.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Notification email with your Tracking number. Once your order has shipped, please visit the carrier’s website to see the detailed tracking information from the shipping carrier.
We ship to Canada and the United States, and provide a tracking number.
Online Workshops: A $20.00 standard shipping charge is applied on every order shipped in Canada and $35.00 to the United States.
Online orders: We offer free shipping for any order over $75.
Curbside pickup: You can use the code STOREPICKUP1 to waive shipping fees, and orders will be ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. If you have any questions, or wish to schedule a specific pick up date, please give us a call.
Standard orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped ground typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) depending on location and customs. International Shipping Terms
Your purchase of items on this website for shipping to any destination outside of Canada implies your consent to the following terms.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The purchaser/recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier or your country’s customs office.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States. This means that as the purchaser, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package in tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered by the shipping carrier.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nuworld Botanicals. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (less shipping charges). Partially used products will not be credited. Refunds are applied to the original payment method used for purchase. Gift Card Policy
We issue two types of Gift Cards and they must be used accordingly. Plastic Gift Cards issued in-store are to be used in-store at our Oakville location. E-gift cards issued online may only be used online at nuworldbotanicals.com.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
